About the Client

Inzhur is Ukraine’s first REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) company, enabling everyday Ukrainians to invest collectively in large-scale commercial real estate. Investors receive passive income through rental returns and property value appreciation.
Though this investment model is new to Ukraine, it already opens the door to stable financial growth for those seeking long-term passive income.

The Task

Inzhur approached T:ME with a clear objective: attract new investors through Telegram Ads. The main goal was to drive qualified leads — users who would register in the investor portal on Inzhur’s website and make contributions to one of their real estate investment funds.

We promoted three key ad messages:

  • Inzhur Energy — A fund for investing in energy infrastructure that boosts Ukraine’s energy independence and offers long-term profitability
  • General ad — A broad invitation to invest with Inzhur
  • Inzhur Reit — A trust enabling Ukrainians to co-invest in commercial real estate and receive stable returns
  • Inzhur Ocean — A fund focused on acquiring and co-owning Ocean Plaza, one of Kyiv’s landmark malls

Thanks to effective ad targeting and careful channel selection, we significantly exceeded all key campaign performance indicators. Here’s what we achieved:

  • 2,133,589 views — 49% above the planned target, indicating a high level of audience interest.
  • 6,491 clicks — 52% more than expected, demonstrating the effectiveness of the chosen ad format.
  • CTR: 0.3% — a high click-through rate, confirming the relevance of the content and well-selected placements.
  • CPC was 34% lower than the planned budget, reflecting efficient use of the advertising spend.
